Assuming there's no moisture, grease, or other foreign matter on the control circuit board (especially in the area where the keypad connects) then "F3" means you have a shorting membrane keypad. This part is no longer available from the manufacturer, but in case you can find one in "new old stock" from a local or online distributor, the part number was 5304430278. BAD DOOR SWITCHES AND UNDERSIZED WIRING TO THEM

Likely when you cleaned it, grease mixed with the cleaner you used got between the button panel and the actual button switch behind the panel, making it stick on. Will need the model to determine how to remove the panel to clean underneath...OR, it may dry out and start working normally again.

check the door latches inside the oven, open the housing and spray some lubricants on the latches.

Try to press "Reset" a few times. Sometimes they forget to clear after timing out. Hope this helps.

I understand that you would like to set your Frigidaire microwave for 90 seconds. Based off the Use and Care Guide you would press "Cook Time" and then enter "90". Thats just judgemental, depeding on sentimnets you have for it...ask yourself a question: why would you buy a new MW if the one you have does the same as the new one you would probably buy?

This sounds like either a bad door switch or possibly a latch head problem from taking the door apart......

If after a reset, at the household circuit breaker box, does not prove to be successful, sounds like you will need a new control board and a full diagnosis to make sure the board did not short anything else out internally. This is not a typical DIY job, so I would recommend a technician complete this for you.

It may be a blown thermal cutout / thermostat on either the magnetron or oven cavity.

You can find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number from the tag on the oven here.

The horizontal vent above the door must come off. If you look closely you'll see two small screws in the vertical ribs. Probably about the third rib from the ends. They're small. and the same color as the grill.
Let's back up. Unplug it!!
Once the grill is off you will see the fuse on the right. It's gray or white with silver ends. You will also see a silver "can". That is the capacitor, and those have killed people even when the unit is unplugged.
Stay away from it and watch where your hands and tools are at all times. I'm not trying to scare you, just trying to make you very cautious.
The fuse will have an amperage rating stamped into one of the silver ends, ie 18A or 20A. and it is ceramic. replace with a fuse of the SAME value. Those fuses are available at most appliance parts/repair shops, about $3.00-$5.00.

I had a similar problem. Everyone said must be the magnatron or the fuse ....turned out to be a burned out (visually melted) thermal cut out switch ($12) on the top side of the microwave. Had to get down inside the top of the microwave. The cut out switch was tucked away right up against the the microwave box. Hard to diagnose your problem without looking at the unit in question though, could be several different things. However, my philosophy when it comes to repairs...start with the cheap stuff first!

The first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.

If it is still locked or goes into lock mode by itself, the "clear" key on your keypad may be shorting.

Here's how the child lock works on model FMV145:

Child Lock-Out
You may lock the control panel to prevent
the microwave from being accidentally
started or used by children.
To lock or unlock the controls, press and
hold CLEAR/OFF for about three
seconds. When the control panel is
locked, an "L" will be displayed to the
extreme right.
