If the computer is consistently picking up the Saitek ST90 and it still isn't working it could be a problem with the game rather than your stick. Do you have another game you can test it on even if it isn't meant for it? Just to see if other games pick it up. If they don't then I would reinstall all drivers first, if they do get picked up then your best bet might be to reset game to factory settings and if no luck then reinstall the game.

You may need to update/roll back your driver

1. go to device manager
2. select the saitek st90
3. click update
4. if no updates are found click roll back

Software issue. Use a newer joystick and all will be fine.

All the manuals and drivers are on the Saitek Website, very easy and straightforward to find and download what you need. Just make sure it's plugged in to a USB port.

Isn't the panel support within the flight software itself? In which case it would be either in options or preferences. Saitek's software downloads are basically for controllers.

Since it isn't officially supported by windows, you'll have to use 360 emu or xpadder. Or many other alternatives, Use google, good luck.
