You didn't give your exact model number. Your model number has either NP or LP at the end, depending on whether it's natural gas or LP gas.

Just do the instructions backwards.

If your stove is PRG3010LP, go to the manage my life website and search for that model number and search for installation instructions.

Remember, before you tear the cooktop out, you will be left with a hole that may or may not fit what you will be replacing the cooktop with....

NP stands for New Production gas it still is considered natural gas but with a cleaner burn standard

Sometimes there is "leak" on the cable - the insulation breaks down some place else some the clicking sound is heard but no lighting. Look to see if the arching is at the electrode beside the burner - if it is then try cleaning the electrode and the areas around the burner so as to give better conduction to thr frame o the stove
