Just make sure when you're first syncing this to your cell phone, hold the main button for a REALLY long time. NOT till it flashes (keep on holding it). It will eventually go from flashing to a SOLID blue light, and that's when you sync. It'll probably take like 30-60 secs of holding.

That's what worked for me, my phone wouldn't recognize the headset until this.

did you just purchase the unit? if so it may be defective. As far as i can tell this headset should work with the handset you specified and i cant find anything saying there is something special you need to do. Most i can say if you can return it or get it replaced its probably your best bet. Sorry I am unable to provide you with a more positive easier solution. But I hope this puts you on the right track. Mine was doing this as well. I held the headset on the charger with the lid open and the red light on and then held the button down and the blue light flashed. I did a couple op checks and it works fine now.
