when you insert the hinges back into place flip the small lock tab at the hinge pin the locks the hinge for removal

Could you please send me a copy if the control panel too. Can't see any if my controls just bought second hand off eBay, and had no instruction book. Thanks

i havnt had a look yet i have one myself but i cannot find a picture of the control knob position markers etc due them being rubbed out so if you can help with a picture i would be very grateful. i also have a grill element not working

Silvy, you don't say how much. Remember that insulation is not perfect by any means. The sides may become so warm to the touch that you can get a slight burn. There is no practical way to change this. If your unit is new, call the manufacturer and complain. They may have a recall on.
