Has the touch panel area become wet or chance water has got behind the keyboard? Your refrigerator is the first refrigerator that I have been unable to find a user manual for. Only find parts list. If you are trying to do this without instructions you never will get the right sequence correct. I believe I would be calling Whirlpool the makers of Jenn Air Appliance 911 Sea Breeze Parts List (2)

can you please look inside the door on the free sh food side and get the model number so I can see what type of ice maker assembly you have Appliance 911 Sea Breeze

is possible that your defrost element is shorting out to the body of your refrigerator it's also possible that you have too many items plugged into the same circuit as the refrigerator and when the defrost comes on it draws a lot more amperage .and trips the breaker Appliance 911 Sea Breeze

There is a heating coil in the freezer that comes on to assist in defrosting. It is most likely shorted. When it comes on to defrost it trips the breaker.

If your refrigerator is more than say 10 to 12 years old, it may cost you more to get it fixed than what it is worth. If it is less than that, I would suggest getting a repair tech in to figure out what is wrong and give you an estimate of the repair. It may be that the compressor is not dead, but has a bad relay or something like that, but that is also hard to diagnose over the computer.

if this is a brand new unit , ask for a service call under warranty as the cord may not have been assembled correctly in the factory if it is an old fridge then it is possible that the cord was cut or damaged and so an electrician will be able to fit a cord for you

have a technician check it out as it may be a cheap start/ run capacitor that is faulty the call and the part would be around $80.00 aud where a fridge would be around $1.000.00 aud

If it is a free standing refrigerator, it should have rollers on it to allow a straight pull forward. DO NOT TRY TO TURN IT SIDEWAYS or you will rip the flooring. Being 10 years old it probably indented itself into the flooring so it will take an extra effort to get the box to start rolling out of those dents in the floor. Kind of like going over a curb.

Sounds like the evap fan is not running. The fan takes cold air from the freezer to cool the refer compartment. If the freezer is cold the compressor is running. Generally the freezer will stay cold since the cooling coils are there but it must have the fan working to get the air up to the refer area. Pull everything out the freezer and take the back panel off to view the coils and fan, etc. It's a simple easy job to change the fan. If you find the coils are a total block of ice then it's another problem... the defrost cycle isn't working. Sooo... see if the fan is running in the freezer compartment first. check the cold control thermostat with a meter for both OHMS and volts ( VOLTS is a live test with fridge plugged in so be careful) It must show 110 volts. An open or thermostat that reads infinity will not allow the proper cooling and defrosting cycles to operate and may in fact stop anything from happening as if there is no power to the unit? ALSO CHECK THE AIR FLOW VENT SYSTEM
