Use my computer and select the drive (eg drive E:). From pull down menu "File" select "eject". While the disk door attempts to open (hear slight movement of tray) massage the door with your fingers. does the case a a faceplate infront of the cd rom drive(i.e. if there is a door that flops down when it opens)? if so you probably need to take off the computers faceplate and then you can get to the little hole.

There is an issue with the drive.If u see in the front there is a small hole in which you can insurt and safety pin to oen it.Incase that is not working as well i would suggest to replace it.
