Sometimes mouse just jams up wont work at all
more detail on this as I don't know if it is current laser or if u are using past ball under mouse...if laser it may be the optical sensor may have a glitch...try using another mouse to see if that works...if it does then the problem is that mouse...because I can get any mouse I want and hook it up to my laptop and it works good...try it and see. Get a logi tech wireless mouse.

Right click doesn't work
Right click opens a context menu. That can be stopped by Group Policies from a work computer or any business computer. I cant remember how to resolve the issue, but look up explorer context menu registry keys and a solution should be out there. Explore is basically windows!
Thanks

Just bought microsoft wireless optical mouse and
Hopefully it came with an install CD ? Firstly keep the old mouse plugged until this one works. Now install the software from CD. With PC turned off plug in the wireless receiver to a spare USB port and power back on. Make sure youve got good batteries in the mouse. Now press the button on the wireless receiver and the lights should be flashing. While they are flashing press the button underneath the mouse. They should now be communicating and the mouse should work. If all is well turn off PC and disconnect old mouse. If you didnt get a CD dont worry if you give me the model of it i can find the software on the internet. ...........cheers from Scott

Suddenly my left click button stopped working. Is
You can try to repair it, but to be honest, unless it just got off its track, they are cheaper to just buy another one.
First you will neet to unscrew the screw from the bottom, then it should easily come apart. Look into the area where the switches are and see if there is anything jammed into the area where the buttons touch the switches. Feel if the switch clicks when you push it. Clean it, and put it back together and then see if it works.
