I assume you are talking about the RF A/B lights. If they do not come on, check the frequency to make certain the transmitter matches that receiver. If the frequencies do match, then the system will need to be repaired.

"PG58" is just the capsule on top. That capsule has been offered on many Shure wireless. We would need to know the model number of the transmitter (it is inside the battery compartment).

Remove the switches. Remove the caspule. Remove the C Clip that was under the capsule and the circuit board slide outs.

So, it is not possible to change the frequency on the UT2.

The handheld is in a different frequency band than the receiver. There are stickers on both that saw what frequency range they can tune to.

Make certain the mic and the receiver are in the same exact frequency band. There are stickers on both products that list the frequency band.

Contact Shure Tech Support at 800-516-2525. They can help you troubleshoot the problem. Have the wireless nearby when you call them.

at the bottom of the page there should be a section called "Replacement Parts" that has anything you could possibly look for. Shure is a small private company and has unbelievable customer service, so don't be afraid to call.

There are some clips inside, those are holding it together.
You can slide thin plastic in it which wil hold those clips.
After that you can slide the body off,

Unfortunately, there are many, many things that can cause a unit to be non-functional. Try calling Shure to get it repaired, or call Delta Audio at 773-764-3634. Delta Audio also repairs older Shure equipment.

It depends on the specific frequency that you have. Some of the UT systems operated between 698 and 806 MHz, and they are now illegal.

Other UT systems operated below 698 MHz and those are still legal to use.

Look at the frequency that is on the sticker on the back or bottom of the receiver or the sticker that is in the battery compartment of the microphone.

Make certain the transmitter and receiver are on the same frequency. If they are on the same frequency, then the system will need to be repaired. Try calling Delta Audio at 773-764-3634.
