Not recommended, if you have a 2 Ohm DVC this will give you a result of 4 ohms, You are better off Wiring AMP (-) to (-) on one VC then another wire from (+) on same VC to (-) on other VC and then (+) on other VC to (+) on AMP, this will get you the same result. You run a high risk of burning the Voice Coils if you wire up the way you speak of.

Your system is drawing to much power. Buy a new hi compacity amp alternator or an extra battery.

The other is blown. If it is no longer in warranty, it cannot be repaired or fixed.
You can play still using only one coil at 1/2 the power rating.

Power Acoustik recommends a 1.25 CuFt sealed and 2.0 CuFt ported enclosure for the P1, P2 and P3 subs. The PSQ needs 1.25 sealed and 1.75 ported. In physical size, this translates into about 16X12X14 for sealed and about 30X42X15 ported.

You should try to stay pretty close to the recommended enclosure volume for best performance. A good volume calculator is located here on the12V.com website. Just enter the proposed width, height, depth, and material thickness and click the "=" to get the CuFt.

If you are building (or having built) a custom enclosure for a specific location in your vehicle, all you need to do is stay very close to the volume recommended.

If you intend to purchase a generic enclosure, the Goldwood shown here at Parts Express is an exact fit. Atrend also makes good generic enclosures, their model 12SAL in a sealed box with 1.20 CuFt and the 12LSV ported with 2.50 CuFt would be good choices.

People don't realise that factory car audio is operated by and monitored by the Body Control Module (BCM) on a computer network. Your warning chimes and indicator clickers are generated by the BCM and played through the car audio system. The computer has no idea that this new device is! Take it to an auto electrician or to an Alarm / Audio installer and see if their professional bi-directional grade scan tool computer can reprogram the BCM to ignore your device. Or just put the old one back. ..

1. Make sure the disc you are trying to play is compatible with the radio. The radio may not support certain formats or types of discs.
2. Check the disc for any visible damage, such as scratches or fingerprints, that may be preventing it from playing properly.
3. Check the CD player for any debris or foreign objects that may be preventing the disc from being read properly.
4. If you are using an aftermarket CD changer, make sure it is properly connected to the radio and functioning correctly.

MP4 is a codec that is not compatible with this DVD player. Your DVD player will play store bought DVDs just fine. Please read the specifications in the owners manual to see what codecs are compatible with your player.
