How do i disable dhcp
Hi!
I should mention that network switches don't have any ability to assign IP addresses. In other words, they can't act as DHCP servers - therefore there's nothing to disable!
If your network has a router (or a modem-router), configurations should be made in it...
BTW, you can disable DHCP in Windows (i.e. assigning a fixed IP address to each computer on the network) but following
this (the part that should interest you has the title "If Your Router Doesn't Let You Set Static Local IPs").
In case of a problem or clarification, don't hesitate to post me a reply before rejecting my answer.
If you are satisfied, rate my solution with the "thumbs" or (even better) add a testimonial.
Best regards,
Pelu.

Cnet CSH-800 8-Port Ethernet Switch
Check the power adapter with a multi-meter. The voltage on the plug that connects into the Ethernet switch, the voltage reading should be slightly higher than the voltage that is printed on the label on the bottom of the adapter.
If the voltage is zero or very low then the adapter is faulty and needs to be replaced.
If the voltage of the adapter is OK then the Ethernet switch is faulty and you need to buy a new one.

Don't have internet connection
This particular 8-port Ethernet switch/hub has auto-negotiation on both speed as well as MDI, MDI-X. Therefore, the problem is not with your switch/hub, it's probably with the particular port that you're connecting it to on your Router. Make sure that it's the LAN side, not the WAN side.

Cnet cgs-2400 fan replacement
it's really not worth the trouble of replacing the fan, but if you really want to fix it then you can just expose the motherboard and use a regular fan on it's highest settings (make sure nothing can mess with the router, little kids and pets might play with it).
Give password
The router password can be change if you try inputting 192.168.0.1 in the command line of the Internet Explorer.
You may need another set of numbers if the router is other than a Cisco product. It could be 192.186.1.1 or 192.168.1.0 also.
You did not specify what Router you were using?
Internet not Sharing
What type of cables are you using for the connections? are they straight or cross? It could stop working if you change a straight with a cross.
Also if it has an 'uplink' port check to ensure you connect the internet link there

My Employer Says They Are Going To Cut My Wages. Can They?
If you are in the middle of a contract, then cutting your wages is almost certainly a violation of your employment law rights. While I am by no means an expert on this matter, I did have a similar issue years ago - mid-contract wage cuts - and I hired an
employment attorney to fight the case on my behalf. It turned out that my employer was basically looking to scare people into taking the wage cut.
They got into some pretty serious legal trouble for their transgression, and nothing happened to me in terms of wage cuts after that. If you are between contracts, your employer can re-negotiate your salary, but as far as I am aware, if you are in an agreed-upon contract, they cannot just decide to reduce your salary. If you want to settle matters, contest this action with support from a legal professional.
