This error can only be cleared by the Eaton technician with their laptops. If this is a new unit it HAS to be factory started or your warranty will be void.

9390 Requires a UVR type battery breaker. Unfortunately a configuration error will require a service visit from a technician. The proprietary service software will have to be used to reset this.

This error indicates that the battery packs are no longer able to supply the expected run time or load capacity that the UPS needs. The batteries will need to be replaced.

There is alot of possibilities on this on. Most likely it is in your input or output. You may have a 208V or a 480V input but your UPS may be programed for 240 or another voltage. I have the manual and all the knowledge you need. Email me at [email protected]

It either means the ground wire in extension cord is not there or is open. It could also mean that the outlet wasn't wired with a ground back to the panel.
