Load MPEG Vio Driver Error
when i click on phot explosion i get mpeg vio driver. I now have vista and need to know is there a patch to fix this? thanks anything helps tina
Photo Explosion Deluxe Version 5 will not run, os is windows 7, was working until windows updates installed
The best way is to go back to a point when it was working using Windows restore. You select a point before the Windows update that caused the problem and all the updates are removed. Make certain you don't have Windows update on automatic or the same thing will happen again.
Once you have it working. You can select each update. Check the update to see if it lists problems. The download the update one at a time. Then check the software is still working. If you find the one that caused it remove it and if it comes up again hide it.
Since you are still using Windows 7, I would advise strong caution on updates anyway as you don't want that nasty Windows 10 virus downloading.
Why did all but my Photo Explosion Download
If you have paid for the full software get in-touch with the download supplier and explain to them it hasn't download properly. They will take you through the steps to re-download it.

GO TO THE BANK THAT YOU USED YOUR CREDIT CARD ON AND REQUEST A REFUND. THEY WILL EITHER APPROVED OR NOT APPROVED. DO IT IN PERSON IF YOU CAN, THEY WILL INVESTAGE YOUR CLAIM AND IF THEY SIDE WITH YOU THEY WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
I DID THIS ON EBAY ONCE BECAUSE I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT. I WON. GOOD LUCK.

use nero 7 i have full verison if u have yahoo msg works way bbeter slide shows dvd menus videos u did if your talking about burning dvdv u rent u need dvd fab i have that also for 10 bucks
Error
it looks like windows installer is corrupted
rename the file to use as a back (C:\windows\system32\msiexec.exe to msiexe.old.exe), download and reinstall

Wont install
Photo explosion is not installing. it keeps saying, "please insert the disk: content_CD_1" I'm using windows xp.
I cant find my photo explosion anywhere in my windows 7, i installed it and i cant find it anywhere, what do i do?
From the start menu, have you tried searching for it in the search bar? Maybe just search for Nova, or just part of the program name. Also, often enough a program will have its own folder in the start menu. It usually has relevant links for the program you installed and it would be under the name of the program or the name of the company that developed the program.
So it will probably be in a folder called "Nova Development Photo Explosion Deluxe", or the name of the company that makes the program. Again, this folder would be in your start menu.
Is it compatible with windows 8
Their latest version Photo Explosion 5 Deluxe is compatible with win 8. I have tried the trial version. And also their site says it is compatible.
Problem installing Photo Explosion
I suggest a class action lawsuit. Clearly this product does not install on Vista (as advertised) - I'm having same problem and same run around.
Wouldn't mind if the packaging did not say Vista and I tried it anyway but I bought explicitly to run on my Vista machine.
I'm a sofware developer and still can't find a workaround without tearing up this OS. Clearly never tested on a Vista platform.
