Put the shower over a gas stove or open flame, the coffee will burn before the metal.

You can use the filter holder blocked with a piece of nylon so water will make the coffee around the shower and screw to desolve. Just keep the filter holder with hot water for 30 min and then try to remove the screw. You can hold the small screwdriver with a plyer and by heating it a litle bit on the back try at the same time to turn it. This will loose the screw.

The central part is the group head it id held in by two hex head screws.
You will need to remove this first to change the group gasket.

It could be the steam solenoid or the small hole in the group head next to the screw holes gets blocked up as well.

The head could be blocked up.
Remove the head via the 2 hex screws,inspect and clean as necessary.

Try to clear the airlock by having the steam knob open at the same time as the coffee switch is on.
This allows any air to come out of the group head and the steam arm.

No need to unscrew anything
Add the descaler sloution to water and pour it into the water tank.
Follow the instructions on the descaler packet for dosage.

1. empty the water tank
2. turn machine upside down
3. remove shower rose(one screw in middle)
4. remove group head (two hex screws)
5. pry out old gasket
6. fit new gasket and reassemlbe

Look at the milk frother.
Ensure there is the end of the inner nozzle poking out.
If not remove the frother insert a pen and push the inner towards the end until a click is heard.
Job done.

Where are you located?

Replace the thermostat for the steamvalve, it is not keeping the element on long enough or you need to descale boiler because there is not enough room for water.

After you remove the 2 allen wrench screws, there is a spring and a valve gasket in there, check to make sure that is not covered with coffee. I am attaching a breakdown of the machine:

Make sure portafilter is warmed up before checking or check without portafilter, descale boiler, and check to make sure thermostat and element is working properly, do a resistance test.

You need to let this happen for awhile until the pump "primes" or fills all the way with water. Let the it run with the noise for awhile. Also, let it sit for at least 20 minutes before you start running the pump.

The part you need is part number 6301004010 its a two way spout. If you put that in Google you will find a supplier in your area.

First check the end of the steam wand to make sure that it is not blocked. If it is clear then the pump should prime.
Second remove the screen and screw in the group and make sure that it is clean, then without the screen try pressing the brew button to see if water will flow.
