I don't think these are standard interchangeable parts. Not to say you can't find out there, but they are usually part of the case itself. So you would have to go to the manufacture instead of a regular PC parts storet. Your best bet is eBay or other outlet the sells used units.

first the monitor

Test all power and data leads that attach to your hard drive IDE,SATA

the leads from your (motherboard to your hard drive) make sure they have secure dust free connections and are not faulty or just replace them they might be faulty

if its a 40 pin flat ribbon type it will be the first to fail

make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty

even something as small as a faulty electrical fan and its lead can cause you problems

computers need all power and data to continue through every working device and to have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error

make sure your graphics card is securely seated with no dust built up or in the socket

if you remove your graphics check the socket to make sure its dust free

restart your computer then reinstall it this should activate found new hardware wizard try blowing out all of the dust from your keyboard using a fine air blower from an air compressor making VERY sure there is no MOISTURE in the lines. dust causes static which causes lots of problems with a computer and its parts if by now you gan get a screen you might have to uninstall your keyboard restart your computer then reinstall it make sure the lead connection is secure and dust free (if applicable) make sure the usb device is inserted correctly into the Ps2 or usb port (if applicable) click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll to keyboards also mouse you might see a yellow exclamation or question mark ! ? or red x you will need to update driver right click to update driver if your computer came with a motherboard disk the drivers could be on itthis will apply to your mouse you might have to uninstall the mouse and its drivers then restart your computer then reinstall the mouse and its drivers click start right click on my computer select properties device manager control scroll to mice and pointing devices you might see a yellow question mark? right update driver click start control panel mouse you should see 4 tabs buttons pointers pointer options and hardware under hardware you have options to troubleshoot also you can select properties under driver you will have the options update driver rollback driver or uninstall in xp in windows 7 click start control panel hardware and sound mouse you will see the same tabs and options as with xp

hope this helps

What happens when you try to boot? Are you getting BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) or does it just reboot again? Keep tapping the F8 key which will take you to the advanced boot options. You should select Safe Mode with Networking, which should load windows with minimal drivers. Once you are in Safe Mode with Networking, you can either do a system restore to a time when your computer was working properly, or uninstall any programs, updates that you installed recently. Also try turning off Hibernation once you are in Safe Mode with Networking. If that does not work, reply back with the OS version

Try opening up your computer and removing the CMOS battery. Should be the only battery on your motherboard (the thing everything plugs into) this will usually reset your bios. Some bios also have a jumper that needs to be switched but without knowing your motherboard model I can't be sure.
