Try the R270 Adjustment Program, it works on some RX series. If it doesn't work, try the other resetters for the RX series (e.g. RX585). Go to this link:

are the ink pipe not blocked? It messages might be head carriage can't move freely. Reset CISS chip? You don't need to. Try to use original chip to check printer. If it's ok, the problem, is CISS chip.

First, are you absolutely sure you have the correct cartridges? Next, have you tried replacing the old cartridges that were originally there, or were they completely empty? Next thought is that your print heads might be dried up. Sometimes regular users can fix this with alcohol wipes depending on your specific model.

Not really cordless wifi, you are connecting to the router or office network using a network cable. There would be ways around it using a powered wifi access point hub to the printer and use that to wirelessly connect to the router, but probably not cost effective.
