gonna need to do a nozzle check pattern printout should do that about 3x and should work

if not.
The printhead nozzles may be clogged.
The printhead may need to be replaced


so might have to do a print head cleaning as well. ushally found on the matinence menu on your unit.

my suggestion : take your printer to an authorized service center, probably the printer has a defective electronic board, there is nothing you can do to fix it
