You can turn off BlueTooth by either going to Settings-->Bluetooth, or touching the BlueTooth icon in the Control Center (swipe bottom to center to bring up the Control Center).
Test your WiFi. If it doesn't work, double-click the Home button, locate the program BlueTooth is running, and swipe it to the top of the screen.
Test WiFi again. If it doesn't work, power down; wait 5 minutes; and power up your phone (if you don't see the white Apple icon when powering up, you did not power down properly). If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/john_77bb351c0c06b354
Future iOS update is going to address this ....in the meantime you need to prevent personal hotspot from assigning dchp automatically by doing the following....
Open "Settings" and tap "Wi-Fi", join the Personal Hotspot wi-fi network as usual
Now tap the "(i)" button to get more information on the network, make note of the network details under "IP Address", including the IP, subnet mask, router, and DNS
Now tap the "Static" tab and enter in an IP address higher in the range than what was set in the prior step, enter the router and subnet mask so it is the same, and set DNS (you may want to use 8.8.8.8 for Google's DNS servers, it's easy to remember and very fast)
You've just set a manual IP with DHCP, circumventing the DHCP servers automatic assignments which seem to be the source of the connection troubles. Exit out of Settings and enjoy Personal Hotspot as usual.
On a side note, you may be able to temporarily remedy the solution by renewing the DHCP lease or resetting network settings on the iOS device, but in our experience it will eventually suffer from the same dropped connection and packet loss. Thus you'll want to go with the static IP approach, it works.
Try resetting your phone back to factory defaults. Make sure you first back up everything in iTunes and backup to your iCloud account before you reset your phone. You may need to put the phone in DMF mode (see multiple posts on internet for instructions on how to do this). If restoring your phone doesn't work, you may need to have your battery and home button flex cable replaced.
It's possible your videos were uploaded to your iCloud storage and are no longer stored on your phone. You can log into your iCloud account on your computer, browse to your videos, and then download them to your computer directly from your iCloud account.
Try this ....when you scan via iphone for your wifi instead of inputting password...go to the right chevron ....click forget this network.....then rescan wifi....then rein put password....it should accept.if not password for router has been changed....this means you need to go to routers ip (google it) at wwww.mywifirouterlogin.net. And input the user:pass assigned for that make model.then you will see the routers assigned password as it may not be the network key that is on the back or bottom of router housing.
phone ask me caldav password what is that
There's not much I can add. I have a Yahoo! account I do not use much. I also have had issues because of this. I mainly use Google and do not have any issues getting that mail via my 5C. I even use Chrome as browser sometimes, but find most iPhones seem to prefer the native Safari.
Initially try: Settings > Mail,Contacts,Calendars > right chevron on Yahoo! > right chevron on Account = make sure your password is showing here or reenter > Done (if you do not enter the correct password here, you should get a caution message).
I only allow Mail. CalDAV would be a calendar sync problem. Turn it off if you do not use it. ...that should do it.
Good luck!
Did you set up an account on the Apple cloud? This would be the only way as your phone would have automatically uploaded recent photos and other phone information to a secured location. You can retreive if you know the log in information for that account.
Hi
Just a quick thought - can you use the "pinch" gesture with finger & thumb or 2 fingers to reduce the text size and hence show much more on the screen. If so you need to "pinch" the size down to what you want and save that as default.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers

Looks like the hardware is faulty and the button is broken.
I would suggest going to Settings > General > Accessibility > AssistiveTouch and turning AssistiveTouch on. It can replace the Sleep Button. Use the Home Button to wake the phone. Try not to turn the phone off and keep it on standby.
I would recommend taking it to a repair shop and repairing it ASAP. It can be done for under $20USD.
Please rate this answer. Using AssistiveTouch on your iOS device
Freya, it sounds like you have an unlocked iphone (ie: not locked to any one network) and so its settings need preparing for whatever network you're now using. The settings that are pertinent in this case are the MMS ones.
If you post the network and the type of arrangement you have on here (ie: PAYG or contract), I can be more specific about where to get your settings however if you connect to iTunes, it should do all this for you.
Was the device brand new? Could it have possibly gotten wet?
You could try a hard restart. Hold the home button and the power button down together until the device restarts and the Apple logo appears.
If you're unable to do a hard restart you'll most likely need to take it in for repair.
Hope that helps!
hi. unfortunately the only way to do this is by jailbreaking your iPhone. if you decide to do this there is an app in cydia (jailbroken app store) that can recover stored passwords. i cannot post the apps name here but a short google search will yield results
no. android has issues with flashlight apps but iOS apps are built differently and are each verified by apple before they are added to the apple store and the iPhone. apple also restricts access from the app to very specific systems, there an app declared to use the flash cannot sac accsess the microphone without you granting it permission
