Thanks Marty for the info on the sail switch. We experience the same error code 43 problem. Seemed like the sail switch was stuck in the back position and didn't come forward when the fan started. So I bent a metal coat hanger and used it to pull the switch foward to "unstick" it. I tested the oven turning it on and off a few times and made sure that the switch moves forward with the blower fan starting when the oven was on, and moved back when the oven was turned off. Should be obvious, but make sure the blower is not running and the oven is turned off before you stick the wire hanger back there. A pretty quick and easy thing to try before calling the repairman.

there is a copper pipe over the flame burner, clean this up. this controls the gas supply for temperature, also there is another line on some models separate from this one that tells if the gas has been ignited and keep the supply going or shuts of gas if no heat is detected. this will need cleaning to, oven cleaner and a brillow pad metal type is best to use to clean them, also clean the grill were the gas comes out as if these are blocked the gas will not heat the sensors up.

Call a service tech. Either the ignition control board/modual is bad, or the flame sensor is. NOT a repair you want to attempt, unless you are qualified.

only code that is close ( e12) ( E12) look at display and make sure .. mm if the code is E12 then " CT oven:latch switch problem ) this may help Note E . 1 turn the clock selector knob to off 2 tweak the oven control by turning the clock selector slightly to the left ( counter clockwise ) this may stop the flashig message / beeping and clear the display window. " try it and pray mm .

It is possible it is the switch itself. You may want to try and find a 5w bulb. Check the socket with a multimeter.
Thanks,

I wanted to post this up in case someone has trouble finding an answer and what worked for me. I found somewhere else that the 43 code (4 preheat;3heat) blinks was specific to the cooling fan or the temp sensor. I had started to remove the temp sensor off the back wall of the oven but was unsure where the wire ran to. There is a specific Ohm value it should have around 1080 I think (not 100% postive).
What I found during that search is what solved the oven problem for me. On the top of the range, if you pull off the grill grates and remove the center stainless cover you can access under the burners. You can do this without removing any wires or hardware. In the back of this area is a small cover held in by 4 screws. Remove that. Underneath it is the cooling fan switch. It is a mechanical switch that when the fan kicks on it pushes a metal sail that then causes a connection in the switch letting it know the fan is operating. This switch had a little bit of corrosion on one terminal but it is also prone to getting dirty. Clean it off and try to restart the oven. The sail should move forward and the switch makes connection. For me once it was cleaned and any corrosion cleaned off, my oven worked just fine. This is a pretty easy check with the 43 code since it does not involve a lot of invasive work. Hope this helps someone.

you have to turn all knobs to off including the outer selector dials on the outer part of oven temp knobs
once everything is turned to off shut breaker down for 2 min then turn on should reset
