Impossible to diagnose remotely. You need to try things like switching the computer off at the mains for a few minutes. If I had the computer I would try a different PSU.

Hello, find the BIOS Beep Codes at http://www.amptron.com/html/bios.beepcodes.html and try to find your problem. It is not a software or Monitor problem. It could be RAM or Video Card failure

Hi, the drivers are here:

http://www.mercury-pc.com/downloads_list.php?productid=766

The mercury site is sometimes overloaded by many users so if you
can`t download you have to wait to a later time.

The drivers maybe have to be unziped
before installation.

your problem is one of 3 things. bad processor, (most likely with it stopping that way without any beeps. which would mean bad ram. or you have a power supply that is not big enough. with that board it should be a 400 or so likely
