First I would Check the Air Filter..Start there. Do you have air follow in the Supply Duct? Check your fan motor...Is it making any noises?

Question edited a bit to help you. Change 'but' to 'BTU. Then we have a problem, There is a Dometic Turbo 12,000 and also a 'TURBRO 12,000', and lots of AC / Heat Pumps with 'turbo functions'. All question need FULL 'make model (what it is)' and a clear question. Is the AC Heat function not working or is the AC supposed to be cold but blowing hot? F8 is a sensor issue in nearly all makes.
