Turbo 12,000 BTU. F8 code AC heat.
Question edited a bit to help you. Change 'but' to 'BTU. Then we have a problem, There is a Dometic Turbo 12,000 and also a 'TURBRO 12,000', and lots of AC / Heat Pumps with 'turbo functions'. All question need FULL 'make model (what it is)' and a clear question. Is the AC Heat function not working or is the AC supposed to be cold but blowing hot?
F8 is a sensor issue in nearly all makes. Try fully disconnecting power for 2 hours. Reconnect and wait 10 minutes before turning back on. That is a mainboard reset.

Can I light my dyno heater rp 8000 with a lighter
I would say using a lighter is an BAD idea! It could light suddenly creating a flash flame burning you or the room you are in. What problem are you having to need to use a lighter? Do you have a more accurate make and model number for this heater I cannot find information on the heater you have asked about. Most of the spark switches are simple so a good electrician should be able to repair it.

My charmglow control stuck on off and pilot only won't turn to the other settings
Turn off the gas supply and unplug the heater.
Remove the control knob and check for any debris or damage.
Clean the control knob and the area around it with a soft cloth.
Reattach the control knob and turn on the gas supply.
Turn on the heater and check if it works properly.
If these steps don't work, then it's best to contact a professional technician

Is this normal for a furnace?
According to the installation instructions manual for Armstrong Air Conditioning A96DS2V, the exhaust pipe must be properly installed and sealed to prevent any leakage of flue gases into the living space. Any leakage of flue gases can cause carbon monoxide poisoning, which can be fatal. Therefore, it is important to ensure that the exhaust pipe is properly installed and sealed.
Caulking is not an appropriate method to fix a leak in the exhaust pipe. The exhaust pipe should be repaired or replaced by a qualified technician. Contact a qualified technician to inspect your furnace and exhaust pipe to ensure that it is safe and functioning properly. That would be an HVAC technician. Your friends might know of such or you can consult business pages. Home Depot would have access to such people or Forbes Home would also have a list. I wouldn't be comfortable having a pipe which could leak carbon monoxide fixed with caulking. Why risk it?
