Hisense PHD-4220 Television - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Picture has gone on tv but we still have sound
For sure the fault is in the deflection/processing section. The processor is working, the tuner and front end seems to work fine. Now the main board must be looked into with a good visual check , observing the components for leaks in capacitors, burns in IC or transistors or a burned out fusible link.
Make sure the power to the drivers are intact from the SMPS unit. If you notice any visual damage, keeping the set unplugged trace the continuity of the circuit for short or open condition across the links.
Make use of a multimeter to check ,if your are familiar to handle circuits with high voltage then a voltage check on the circuit might shed more light on the suspected component.
Make sure there are no dry soldering, if suspected redo the poor joints and test.

This is your lamp and the fan was just a temporary solution that was keeping the lamp cool. If you pull the lamp out you will see that it has shattered from the heat.
Thanks.

You need to go into the menu and take it off of auto aspect. As long as this is on it will adjust whenever it feels like it.
Thanks

I have a mag 254 iptv and a Hisense TV. The remote codes clash and the two are unusable in tandem. Can the remote control codes on the Hisense be changed?
Set-up (Programming) procedure is too much to type in here, and is not practical and it will differ brand-to-brand remote controls. If you wish to get more; check the sites linked here. The site has set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. The site has general set-up codes to check with TVs and other devices are given, in the order of the 'device's brand name list' in alphabetical order. Set-up code list to many brand remote controls also is given. Pull up older posts. Search the sites by type in the brand name to your device in its search box at the top right part of the display window. It will help you to find the document easily.

Programming Notes
• If your device does not respond to the remote after trying all codes listed or your brand is not listed in the code list, use the Auto Code Search method to program your remote.
• Sometimes the first code that "works" with your device may operate only a few functions of your device. There may be another code in the code list that performs more functions. Try other codes from the code list for more functionality.
This is a trial and error procedure; and quiet time consuming. You might have to check different codes said for your device.
Search the site by type in the "
brand name" to your device; to which you want set-up codes; in the "
Search box at the top right of the display window" to get gathered related posts.

How can I re-program Hisense TV remote control / model EN - 31201A
Often the instructions for programming a TV remote control is included in the TV manual. The EN 31201A remote came with several TVs including the Hisense F39V77C. The manual for this TV only lists a few cable and satellite box codes:
https://www.manualslib.com/manual/594196/Hisense-F39v77c.html?page=11#manual . This page refers you to the manufacturer's site for additional codes. The Hisense-usa.com site did not list the specific TV that I found that used the EN31201A remote.
Since the F39V77C first shipped in 2012, the remote would probably be limited to use with devices that were built in 2011 or earlier. I recommend a universal remote that includes support for streaming devices. Unfortunately, I don't know which support Fubo TV specifically. Most packaging advertises Roku or Amazon Fire support. You can find the code lists for some RCA universal remotes online. (Most of the others require finding a code written inside the battery compartment to determine the remote generation and code list.)
I wish that I had better news for you.

How can i do a bypasson a circuit board that was struck by lightninh on a tv?
Bypassing a board or a part on the board would be like removing the spark plugs from a car and expecting it to run. On a serious note, if the TV has lightning damage recycle it and buy a new TV, you may be able to turn in a claim to your insurance company, once a set has storm damage even replacing a board may not fix it long term, in our service center we usually won't repair a TV the customer advises of lightning damage,it's a good way to get call backs
