How do i set the bios to boot from the disk drive
Go into the BIOS setup and scroll through the settings until you come to Boot (startup) order and select the hard disk as the second boot device and the CD/DVD as the first boot device. This will allow a CD/DVD to boot up and if there is no boot CD/DVD then it will automatically boot up from the hard disk.
I can't connect to wireless internet
Hi there,
I don't think that this has a built in wireless card in it. You may want to get a usb wireless adapter that is compatible with your operating system for wireless internet connectivity.
All the best!

Please get back for any further assistance
I have a Evo N115 Compaq computer laptop and
I have the same problem. When I follow these steps the laptop finally starts.
1) Let the bottom of the laptop somewhere you can warm up it a bit. Be very careful about this. The laptop´s bottom is made of plastic !. In summer I leave the laptop upside down under the sun for about 15 minutes and it´s ok.
2) Plug and unplug the dc connector (not the one at the ac outlet), wait until the small green led lights and inmediatly after it happens, press the power button.
3) Repeat step 2 as many times as necessary.
4) Do not shutdown the laptop. Always choose ´suspend´.
Good luck !

Boot up problem
It is possibly the RAM it may have ceased. Look at it underneath held in by two screws.
Take it out and examine it then put it back. The motherboard seems ok because you said the lights are lighting up. Sometimes the ram can stop even the bios and nothing can boot up.

reboot the system by pressing F8 if your using windows OS and select last good configuration.
you can try also selecting Enable VGA mode (press F8 while rebooting and select ENABLE VGA mode).
