no. some PC called AIO all in one, have option (new only choices) to make PC act as a monitor (input) your PC now has video jacks and all are inputs.. only ok I just googled zx4951 and it is and all in one PC. (what I call fake desktops) lacking all great real desktop features. you did not post full model number codes, so what version it is , is not told. and matter. the AIO PCs some have no video or and or inputs some have none, no VGA, no DVI , no HMDI NOR DP jacks some have 1 input. this old PC has CCFL back lamps that 99% are all dead now. CCFL can and do fail hard at 20k hours, 5 years old on average. what matters most is your side port jacks I can not see them and some are in fact optional, I see some have knock outs blanked off in sales ads for yours lets see what the the manual states now, I read manuals to posters now. the AIO screen is dead how can a dead PC CCFL PC work as any monitor ever.? what some can do, dead is connect to any VGA monitor and now works great or VGA top HDMI to a TV. works. Anonymous Dec 11, 2021 we do not see gateways often now, for sure in USA? the PC is infected, not normal at all ever, unless its asking for endless updates of OS and apps. if icons disappear, that is infections. what country sold this tablet to you, the support site for Gateway is by COUNTRY ad they are not all the same world wide. Ok I see it sold it iS an ANDROID 10 tablet its even sold here at walmart. are you keeping it charged up? im sure yes. maybe those pops are part of the makers silly bloat-ware added that they get paid to put there. the reviews on it are HORRID. many flat hate it , slow and fails updates. locks up. , endless complaints why not join a real Android forum, and ask them how to clean off that junk, running, or remove ALL APPS you do not need. I am sure lots there, as most store bought PC have (i build mine with none of that junk) I;d take it back for a refund. (walwart sells them) it is a fake gateway , acer.com owns them but sells the name to others for generic tablets. ahh a laptop 2 years old (C14 lab test lol) any laptop can be dismantled safely AC power pack first removed totally and the big battery next and it is safe to work on now. the keyboard can be replaced and near impossible to clean. top PCs have service manual but GW is far far from top. cracker thin PC, and some have no keyboard removal at all seems yours is both. my dell has real keyboard and had liquid drain paths, that you do not have. so the whole top of PC must be replaced. cheap walmart PCs are like that, hard to service, no manuals and worse NO SPARE PARTS. but it was cheap the battery is deep inside and super thin and back of PC removed it has power plug to pull inside, all PC cracker thin are this way. there is no service manuals. (ask them see , no) so that leaves 1 think, (2:ask a shop) that one thing is youtube it. https://youtu.be/FuQxVXtJxuw?t=156 screws out after AC pack pulled. see the huge black battery there.? bingo this PC has no separate keyboard at all, and that is a huge service problem. liquids going in to key side slots (cracks) huge problem. switches hate liquid and sugar drinks jam them.

Re install Win 7 as a fresh install and install the system drivers. There are no updates for Win 7 as Win 7 is no longer supported.

1. take out the memory
2. turn on again without memory (you should hear long beep sound) and turn it off again
   
3. clean memory using eraser (better if you have spare memory to replace it)
4. now try again
   
5. if not working, checks whether the work properly? and clean the fan from dust. and try to switch it on again.

Kindly check if the lights are on when u boot up the PC, furthermore, if you have air blower, clean it once, and remove the rams from the ram slots and install again, if u have more than 1 ram installed, install one ram at a time to check if there is any faulty one.

what GW PC non told for 29 years made and 100's of models tell what model it is first or you will get wrong answers like taking car to the shop and hood welded shut, and engine misfiring. just like that we can not work blind, period

if your old CPU is sandy bridge, and the new one is not. like IVY bridge, it will not work, attempting to update BIOS is useless, since there is no support on that M/B to update to a ivy bridge CPU. been on it for months; and NONE avail. go back to original CPU and get a CPU with SANDY bridge / 2nd Gen.
