Not to be the person with bad news. But it is more than likely you have at some point cracked the screen, that is the only way it can get a scratch on the inside. If you can take to a computer repairer they will confirm if you have and will probably need to replace the screen. Cost I am not shore but can not see it being cheap. Regards Craig

You don't say what operating system you are using, but I'll assume it's Windows 10. Go to Windows Settings, select "Printers and Scanners". Click on your printer, then click on "Manage". Next click on "Open Print Queue". You should now see all of the unprinted documents. Select a document, then under the "Document" tab, click on "restart".

Go to the bios setup and see if there are any HDD installed. If no remove HDD from laptop then put it back, restart then go bios setup again and see if it is installed. If still not, you might need to replace your HDD with a new one.

The "No Signal" warning indicates it is not receiving video from the "compute" compontent of the device.. Given it's an all-in-one device, you'll have to likely crack the computer open to see if there's any loose cables between the mainboard and the display. suspect faulty hard drive have it properly diagnosed and replace with solid state hard drive if not already fitted

with a new hard drive , ti will not have an operating system installed turn thr computer on and hold down the delete button until the bios screen comes up click on the boot tab and set boot priority to first device c put the cd in the cd drive switch off the computer and then restart the boot will now read the cd and reinstall the operating system when installed go back into the bios and change back to first device --hard drive

Yeah, laptops have a bunch of components in a small space, depending on what you hit you could have broken a few things, vibration can damage hard drives, loosen some things, bend/break boards, etc. Best case scenario hard drive broke, which is an easy replace and not that expensive, provided you have a disk with OS or an alternative to it, but in this circumstance, given the nature of the cause (a hammer) I would not risk spending more money on it, since there could be other issues/causes that will make you incur in more expenses.

Line up the card with an available expansion slot on the motherboard, then push the card down into the slot to install the new audio jacks. Screw the card to the computer case. Reassemble the computer. Turn on the PC. Boot in to Windows and insert the CD that came with the new expansion card.
