I need driver!

Go to the website of your computer's manufacturer to install the problem. Look for the Support and Download page and enter the model of your computer. You should also enter the operating system that you are using so that you can get the right driver. If you want to update all the drivers in your computer, then use RadarSync. It's a PC Driver Updater. David

Remove and repair partitions on dell laptop

Boot up with the Windows installation CD start and follow the instructions to install Windows. Next Delete the existing Windows partitions. Next Create a new single partition. Next format this new partition - Format the partition in NTFS not a quick format. This will prepare the Windows for a clean install. Next create a Username and company name (normally Home is all you need). Further into the installation, you will be required to put in the Installation code. During the final stages of installation you need to create an User or Users that will use this computer. When you finished installing Windows you need to install the laptop's device drivers. You need to use a computer with Internet access to download these drivers from the laptop manufacturer's WEB site and install these drivers on your laptop.

I have problem with the lock paswerd

If you have a BIOS level Password (Before Windows) contact Dell Tech support (800-624-9896 USA) confirm ownership and they can assist in clearing the password.

If it is a Windows Password, you will most likely have to either remember the password, boot to admin account in Safe mode (If XP Home) and change the password there, or reinstall windows
