My company owns multiple Samsung iDCS 28D phones,

as a company, good management would be getting in the phone company to sort out communication problems as communication is vital to running a business
Samsung would be only too happy to fix any problems with the phones so the fix that you seek would be to get the technicians in to set up the system as you require it

Samsung idcs 28d system with 5 active phone lines when we select line one and there is a message we get a stocata tone. getting this stocata on 2 other lines

How do yo block a number on samsung idcs 28d?

^67 then dial the number. Test it out first by calling a phone of your own with caller ID. Also try turning off the "Show Caller ID" in the settings.

How do you reset the password on a Samsung iDCS 28D

From the Subscriber Services Menu, Press [#] [7] [1] ....you will then hear the old password XXXXX you will be able to change it...
