Ya, happened to me. Sounds like you may have a clogged vent. (in the tube, or the dryer itself. Try cleaning that out really good. Then, double check that the venting is secured properly. If not, may overheat and shut down. I think that's what's going on. After you clean tubing (And the inside tube on dryer), the buzzing will continue for a while (days) until itr resets. If it runs after this, but still buzzes, that's your problem. Hope this helps you!

Dryer not drying
another user's Q&A for the same issue try that or call may tag, they are supper helpful
Investigate these five areas if your dryer is not heating up:Proper Voltage If your dryer won't heat up, it's possible that it is not being supplied with the proper voltage. Here are three ways to make sure power is getting to your dryer: First, make sure your dryer is plugged in. Next, check the circuit breaker panel to make sure all the circuit breakers are in the correct positions. Finally, check to make sure no fuses in your fuse panel are blown. Any of these could explain why power is not getting to your dryer. Heating Element It is possible that your dryer isn't heating because its heating element is defective. Heating elements are irrepairable. If yours has ceased to function properly, you will have to replace it. Open your dryer's cabinet and locate the heating element so that you can test it.
Thermal Fuse Another possible cause for a dryer not heating up could be attributed to a faulty thermal fuse. Once a dryer's thermal fuse has blown, it is no longer of any use. If your dryer's fuse is blown, you will have to replace it. Open up your dryer's cabinet and locate its thermal fuse so that you can test it. Thermostat If any of your dryer's thermostats have become defective, they could be the reason that your dryer is not heating. Open up your dryer's cabinet and test each of your dryer's thermostats. If any are faulty, replace them.

Dryer runs but won't heat
As the clothes gently toss about inside the drum, a temperature control thermostatic disk regulates the heat. It is set for 160f for cotton and it mounts on the blower housing. As air is drawn into the drum and out the backside of the dryer the heat is regulated by this control. It sends 120 volts to the gas assembly. Right next to it is a fuse. The duct fuse is set to blow at 250f. Should that control fail to open and allow for heat to build to abnormally high temps. Note: the fuse will kill the heat source only on most dryer, the dryer will however continue to run. Lint and vent blockage can restrict the airflow and make the heat inside build to dangerous levels. The control thermostat powers up the heat for a minute then shuts down for a few minutes, then repeats this all throughout the drying process, the gas does not stay on! That would burn the clothes. If both of those items check ok and the dryer vent and lint has been cleaned, I next take a look at the gas assembly. I check the flame sensor first. If the flame sensor is open the ignitor will not glow. If that turns out to be good I next check the ignitor itself for continuity. If it turns out to be good I replace the coils. Those coils cannot be checked because they do not act up until energised. Sometimes the coils will work, get hot and fail, cool down and work again. I have some repair photos:

Dryer not turning on when pushing button.
Try Unplugging It For A Minute Maybe You Had To Much In It And The Motor May Have Gotten To Hot And Tripped Itself. If This Doesn't Help You'll Need To Take It Apart And Look Around For A loose Connection Or A Trip Switch. Maybe Even The Belt Broke If Its An Older Model.

Whirlpool Dryer LGQ9508PW0
this might actually be normal, whats the complaint??? to long to dry clothes maybe 2-3 cycles??? would be a common complaint. in which id check to make sure vent is not clogged anywhere, especially where exiting the home if he venting is ok id replace the coils atop the gas valve, possible and common for that matter that after running for 20-30 min they do not reopen and dont allow flem to reignite... part number 279834 retails for about $20 easy enough repair.... reason for flame to go on and turn off after only 30 secs is that in an empty dryer 30 secs of heat may be enough to satisfy the thermostat, that's alot of heat for an empty dryer, it would remain on for longer with a load of wet clothes absorbing the heat
