Your remote starter is in timer mode. Pressing the lock and unlock buttons simultaneouly activates the timer mode. When you activate the timer mode the vehicle automatically starts every three(3) hours and runs the preset runtime for a maximum of six(6) starts. You can cancel the timer mode by starting the vehicle with the key. If the timer mode is a problem then apparently you are setting the timer mode everyday.

your key has a transponder in it. engine will only start with the transporter, its part of the immobilizer.

A common problem is the battery tab on the circuit board. We repair this by reheating the solder joint on the circuit board where the battery tab is attached.
