Most likely, your fuel is stale or otherwise contaminated. Also, check the OIL LEVEL to be sure the crank isn't binding due to lack of oil or overheating.

Check air pressure in your tires, and if you look around your deck pulleys you may find 1/4" adjustment bars that you can loosen and move in towards your pulleys. These bars, if you have them there, keep the belt from falling off. But my first suggestion should help you. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.
