The F7 E0 error means that the range is not getting the correct door lock status information. This could a problem with the interlock switch, the latch or the wiring, or the control board. First try to wiggle the door latch hook, this may cure the problem temporarily. Next unplug the range. Then pull out the range and take off the back panel. The latch assembly will be at the same height as the top of the door of the oven. Check if the interlock switch is closed when the door is locked. Check if the latch assembly moves properly. Replace any faulty part. If these are fine, check the wiring to the control board. Replace the control board if the wiring is fine. To get the correct parts, you need to provide the complete model number of the range. Partselect.com lists 17 models that start KERC601. The full model number is on a label inside the oven door; usually it's on the jamb. However, the door latch assembly is bad, that part may no longer be available. I would look at your pressure. My guess is it is too high. The cooktop is designed to run 10-14 iniches water column which equals .36 - .5 psi. If you were running higher than this you could have damaged components in the cooktop.
