Because water hammer is nothing to do with the soap dispenser! In fact nothing to do with the dishwasher, apart from it requesting water from the mains supply. It goes all the way back to one of your main water valves although it may be the water inlet valve on the dishwater. You need a 'water hammer arrestor'.

Hey, thank you for the question. According to my research the problem is most likely with its Rear Drum Support Roller Kit, part number 349241T. if this is not fixing the problem then the problem is most likely with Idler Pulley, part number WP691366. I hope this will fix your problem.
