In-pack is a 64-page manual, plus two CDs. One is the installation disc for VideoWave Movie Creator (V1.5.545.0); the other is the contents CD and carries video (AVI), audio (WAV) and still image (JPEG) files for use as templates within StoryBuilder. well i would go out to the roxio web page and select either tech support or look for drivers and downloads, this is the only way you can be assured you have the most up to date drivers. sometimes the cd's are shipped with outdated drivers. follow the prompts it may delete the old drivers or just update them. then power your machine off wait 12 seconds and then reboot and try again. it is frustratring i know but you need to reboot to update your machine

If you are experiencing the certificate file message or missing tabs in your Roxio software, please perform a manual update of your anti-virus or security software and reinstall the Roxio Creator Starter.
