Hi, I'm reading that it has a windows operating system. In this case, I would open setting and search for the "factory reset" option within that folder. Otherwise, you can just use the general desktop search to search for the "factory reset" option and choose that and follow the instructions on screen to activate the factory reset. Hi Normally the cap end which does not have the push button switch will unscrew. Then you can push the 4 lights and 3 battery housing out from inside the tube..BUT, mine are about 5 years old and would not slide out. I had to take a round blunt punch and hammer the housing through, out as the batteries were corroded inside aluminum and hanging on. It took a few wacks but did slide out. With a little care sanding the corrosion inside of the tube and battery contacts it went back together and still works.
