Go to the Whirlpool web site, click on support, then select Instructions for Use (or Manuals & Literature, whatever... it should be obvious.) This will take you to a page where you type in the model number for your machine. After a quick search you will be able to download the .pdf file containing the instructions.

Are you in the UK? It sounds like the door is ajar or a faulty door assembly. Check that the water is turned on or that the hoses aren't kinked.

It should just pull out with care so you can clean in if not use a jug of hot water and a toothbrush to clear it

Sounds like you have a blockage of sorts .Remove clean soap dispenser /check water pressure not too high

Possibly the pump rotor is jammed. Try dismantling the pump and cleaning it out.

Most likely you need to replace the motor control board. You may need a serviceman to confirm this issue.

i'm going to start at the beginning-disconnect water supply from machine-run each one into bucket or wash tub to make sure supply is good and strong-make sure the little screens in the machine water valve(this is where you connect the hoses) are clean-if they have had build up(rust-scale) and machine still doesn't fill you have a bad water valve-replacing it is relatively easy-cheers Denny

remove the top cover by removing the two screws at the top back portion of the unit.

slide back the top cover.

inspect the location of the soap and fabric conditioner dispenser. if it has three solenoids or two solenoids, maybe one of the solenoid is malfunctioning that is why it is not dispensing the fabric conditioner.

if it is a cable type, inspect the cable as it runs to the mechanical timer.
make sure that the cable is not broke and it is strecht as it should be.

check the mechanical timer if the cable holder is in place in the mechanical switch.

I assume your talking about the drain filter. If you are you would open the small access panel located down the bottom of the unit and turn the filter to the left in counter clockwise direction. It is best to have a small pan and a shop vac in place to vacuum up the water that will come out of this area. Note sometimes when the filter is stuck you can use a screwdriver across the two tabs to turn the filter. If you have any further questions message me back. Thanks again Rick
