GN. This model does not have a belt, it's a direct drive washer. It could be a couple of things. Is this happening during spin? If so you may have a worn drive block or something as simple as something between the tub and basket. The clutch and brake assy. could be failing. It's hard telling without being there. I will attach a couple of pictures so you can get and ideal...Catriver..post back.

The inside tub moves on the spin stage only and cause the water, by a centrifugal force, to be forced out of the clothes. During the wash cycle, the tub is stationary and the agitator moves forth and back. If you would like to remove the agitator - Remove the inner agitator cap (inside the top of the agitator) and then open the screw (be aware not to lose parts !) Good luck !

This message means that a water sensor in the base of the washer has been tripped. This usually means that there is a leak in the washer. Sometimes, the sensor is faulty. Turn off the washer. Turn of the incoming water lines at the shut off valve and unplug the washer. Tip the washer forward to allow any collected water to leave the area under the unit. Check the tub where the drain hose connects and incoming water hoses for leaks. Check for any problems with the drain pump or the hoses to the pump and drain. Replace or repair these items. You might just need new washers or hoses. These steps apply if there is water in the base of the machine and the tub is dry. If the water flows into the washer when you plug in the machine and turn the water shut-off valves to open, replace the inlet valves that has failed in the open position.

If the washer tub has water in it and there is no water in the base from a previous leak, check the water leak sensor for a short. Check the wiring between this sensor and then control board. Check the triac for the drain pump and the pressure switch and level sensor for this pump. If the pressure switch and level sensor are okay, then replace the controller.

In all probability this could be a program malfunction. You can try to run in manual mode that is selecting one function only in one time. If it still persists then requires some module or board change.
