Have you checked the circuit breaker yet?

Hi,

It sounds like something has gotten lodged in the water pump. Since the pump is directly driven by the
motor, the pump is always turning in the wash & spincycles. The pump is attached to the motor and turns
the entire time the motor is running. Other possibilities would be the motor or transmission.
However, you need technician's help to access the pump.

Something could be in the pump. Flip up the controls to get into this beast.

The lid switch connection has 3 wires. 2 hot wires and a green ground wire. Jump out them 2 hot wires with a piece of romex wire and you can operate the washer with the case off to look for noises and leaks.
Pop the clips off the pump and see if anything is in it if the lid switch proves to be ok

bad coupling / it connects transmission to motor,, part # 285753 around $ 12.00 to $32.95 look for for black rubber under washer indication part is broken

Good Morning, just read about your problem. Their are 2 possibilities for this. One is the coupling between pump and motor is broken. Number 2 is you have some broken parts in the transmission. Part number for the coupling '
285753 $18.86.
If this checks Ok, then its a transmission problem. If the machine is less than 5 years old the transmission is still under factory warranty. To get into the internals of the machine, remove 2 screws on the back of the console at the bottom right and left. Slide console forward, and lay back. NOTE; UNPLUG MACHINE BEFORE WORKING ON IT. Now you will see on the right and left top of the cabinet, gold in color. Insert flat blade into hole and engage bracket and push backward releasing bracket. Same for other side. You'll have to release door switch connection in center. Tip cabinet toward you and lift up and off. Now you can see if the coupling is broken. Replace. If not broken, then you have transmission problems. It probably would be best, to get a technician to work on this from here. Hope this helps and have a good day.

they have plastic tabs that lock it to the side of the outer tub. Its possible the front cover needs to be removed to gain access to the tub. The console needs to be removed and flipped up and two spring clamps hold the front cover on and there are one in each corner....now, you can actually remove the whole front off of the frame and work on the whole washer easy...Bruce Denton

Can be there is a leak at the inlet valve , a fault in the coupling hose or a fault in the inlet valve. You need to take a good look with good light to observe the point of leak.
If the vale is leaking it can be taken out and cleaned or if not a replacement might be needed.
Also the tub can be leaking, fault in the drain or tub.

This washer uses a drive coupling between the tranny and motor to transfer torque. In most case this is a wonderful machine but time and wear will cause the coupling to go south
