I had one a few years ago. I think it indicates it is not hot enough to melt the wax (ink) caused by a failed heater. I replaced my heater with a halagon light bulb from the local big box store. Mine use to sort of flash white from inside the case until it warmed up then the flashing slowed down

Please specify which model you have for a more complete answer. But the basic answer is that when the paper exits the machine and falls in the bin it hits a paper exit sensor. As the paper piles up it will eventually hit the paper full actuator and then energize the paper full sensor. Check to see that the paper full actuator is intact and not broken or missing.

That error means wrong toner installed. Are you using OEM toner? If it's not the toner it's the Crum board that recognized the toner, part number 160K95831.

Did you use OEM Xerox memory? Xerox is notorious for not working with 3rd party memory. If the memory is not the error, the problem will be the main board, part number 960K41801

If you have a white stripe in only one color, then you might have a bad developer. Each color has its own developer 116-2008-00 Yellow 116-2009-00 Magenta 116-2010-00 Cyan 116-2011-00 Black Changing the developer is not super easy. You'd have to remove the left cover, HV Power Supply board, then remove Image Unit and the Developer Frame, where all the Developers are mounted. Detach the feed hose for the Developer you want to change and release the Developer's 2 spring clips. What model are you refering to ? If this is a 74xx series model then it means that "Toner C CRUM Not In Position" That means that the black toner cartridge is not seating properly in position or the CRUM (counter chip) on the cartridge is missing or not in position. Easyest way to check is to replace black toner cartridge with a new one. The rest requires a service call.

To reset the maintenance counter (assuming it is the maintenance kit you need to reset) 1. From the Main menu, select Information, then press the OK button. 2. Select Supplies Info, then press the OK button. 3. Select Reset Fuser Life, then press the OK button. 4. Select Reset Fuser Life NOW, then press the OK button to reset the fuser life.

There is a chip on each cartridge that the printer reads when it is inserted. Sometimes the glue that holds the chip in place comes loose and the chip falls off. Seen this happen, especially with refurbished cartridges. Or maybe the chip is bad itself. Try to use your old cartridge and if you don't get this error, then you know it is the chip and or the cartridge.

There is a solenoid on the transfix assembly that has a tendency to "stick" in the open position, causing paper jams at the exit. The Solenoid is located on the right side of the machine, at the top area in the middle. You can test it with your fingers to see if it sticks in the up position. If it is, simply clean the sticky residue off both metal surfaces with alcohol and it should return to normal operations.

You may have the "separator page" option turned on in your print driver. This option will insert a blank page after each print job to separate one print job from another. Simply uncheck the box by the separator page option and you should be back to normal !
