I print flower pictures.
Assuming it is not a problem with ink or toner
feed, the normal printer does not determine internally the colors but only
follows instructions from the application (program) you are using.
If a test page from the printer shows the
correct color or color balance, then you will have to do the color correction
from the program that is controlling the printer.
Carefully read of the application's features and
the variables possible from within the program itself.
BTW, the paper stock you are using and
its absorption characteristics can also influence color saturation too.
Also, it is helpful if you include brand name and model number of the device for which
you are requesting help.

There's a paper jam in
You will have to pull hard and evenly to remove the paper. Often, the toner has built up on the fuser rollers, and the paper is actually stuck to the rollers. In that case, you will not be able to get all the paper out, it won't do you any good to remove the paper anyway, because the paper will just jam and stick again. Those rollers will need to be replaced. That is a pretty big, technical job.

Couple options . pint a status report by holding down the main button until the printer starts making noise. Or browse the menus for Then look at the printed report for Toner, Drum, ect usage.
Or if its a network printer Surf to the printers IP address and look at the status pages of the printer.
last option. browse the menus with the button look for
menu button >> information > something like status report
cheers . ps sometimes yellow is "sleep" meaning power saver mode.

C9800 won't accept a generic
Hi,
Thanks for using Fixya.
The magenta toner that are you using is not compatible with your printer.
The only solution of this "incompatible error" is to buy a new toner from the official website of Oki printers. You can buy a new toner from this given

How do I install black cartridge on a C5150n
Hello,
Yes, turn the printer OFF for a while because the fuser can get very hot.
My best advice is for you to download the manual for instructions with pictures.
Go to

Click on
Manuals on the left side.
Then you can click on the Setup Guide or User Guide links to Download the manual. (You can also View the Setup Guide online. If you choose this option select
4. Prepare the Image Drum/Toner Units.)
If you click Download, you will then click the PDF icon on the right side in the Documentation Center box. Once the file is open use the small floppy disk icon on the top to Save a copy of it to your computer.
The User Guide has the best guidance for replacement. It begins on Page 47. Be patient when downloading it because it is a large file. (25MB)

Printer says tray is empty
hello.
Any of the following issues can cause the error message to appear: The paper trays are empty or overloaded, The paper is curled, The print side, or shiny side, of the paper is not loaded in the input tray face down, The paper might not be engaged with the feed rollers, The paper-width guide is pressed against the paper stack too tightly, The paper tray is not completely inserted into the product, The paper settings in the print driver do not match the paper loaded in the paper tray, The rubber paper-feed rollers are coated with dust.
Begin by doing a reset:

Without turning the product off, remove the power cord from the back of the product.

Wait 30 seconds and then plug the power cord into the back of the product.

If the product is not already on, use the On button to turn it on.
IF that doesn't solve it then go through the list. Sometimes just using a different brand of paper will correct the problem. Regards, Joe

Yes, well I can´t help you to solve that problem and in fact i´m hoping that you´ve already solven it, cuz right now i got the same problem with my c3450... It worked just fine under vista x64 but now on windows 7 x64 i have the same problem as you have/had!
