With the printer off try unplugging it for 2 minutes.
If that did not work try turning the printer on and pull the power plug for 2 minutes before plugging back in.

Can you provide us more information about the mail server that you are using? is this an exchange or regular server?

This can be an issue with the authentication type, like the username and password.

Usually you need to access the embedded web server on the printer by typing the IP address of the printer into your web browser address bar. This will open a window that will have all the settings available.

Please make sure the print head is seating properly as it should.
Another reason could be the contacts of the print head are not connecting properly with the main printer due to dirt. Remove the print head, clean the contacts of the print head and where it seats at the printer. hope this will help
