To remove the code, press pause or cancel button twice and the power button once. If the code is still displayed, unplug the washer or disconnect the power for one minute. This is usually broken wiring to the drum motor.
There is a cable tie for the wiring 20 cm from the motor plug. There is the normal spot for broken wiring.
It can also me worn out motor brushes.

It has nothing to do with the door lock.

The codes F5 and E3 indicate a lid lock issue. drain motors are plugin replacement. No schematic required unless you are still troubleshooting it. If so, pull the washer out and search around. Sometimes schematics are placed for tech use.

GFCI trips when the current in the line does not = the current in the neutral. This might happen if some of the current is flowing in the ground lead.
Run the machine till it trips, unplug it and measure resistance from line (narrow spade) to ground (round). It should be an open circuit.
Any resistance there indicates a problem in the machine and the reason the breaker is tripping.
