Need to replace my spigot
I have a Westbend 24 cup coffee urn with a leaky faucet. I tried finding areplacement spigot for it but so far no luck. My spigot has a screw in the top that allow for disassembly. It looks to me that if I could get a replacement rubber O-ring I could fix it myself. Does anyone know where I could get this?
Thanks
Kelvin

My plastic part on the cover of my West Bend percolator is broken. Model #54159 is there any way I can purchase another top?

Where would i find an electrical cord for my West bend coffee maker?
First, I'm NOT a West Blend tech. But I've worked on similar brewers.
*** Call your vendor or service provider, especially if the equipment is on loan. ***
* Most table top coffee brewers (banquets) use the same cord (unless your in Europe). You will find that many brands have the matching cords. Check with your vendor for a replacement.
* You should be able to locate a plug at your local appliance store, MFR outlet dealer, and Amazon.
* These plugs are commonly found in places like Mom+Pop stores, Wal-Mart, or your local Thrift store.
* These cords usually have a bakelite plastic connector which will burn if attached to brewer when the plug was soaking in wash water or run though the dish washer. Replace any plug/cord that smells burning plastic or has a crumbly appearance.

Hello, just make youself a template approx to the size of the words that were clean off. Don't put on the coffee maker but put the template on the cabinet door, so one can remember when the dial is in this position you will know what your coffee maker is doing. GB...stewbison
I have a West Bend coffee urn, Catalogue #7210,
You should be able to find this kind of cord in any decent hardware store -- also try thrift stores if you want to save a few bucks. It is a very typical kind of ungrounded cord that has been used for small appliances probably since the 1920's.
Here's a link to a 6 foot one being sold on Amazon for around $8.00:
www.amazon.com/Cord-spacing-fits-percolators-cookers/dp/B000A8I7PC
Make sure that any cord you buy can handle the 1200w (rounded up from the 1190W that is specified on the bottom) that your stainless steel west bend 30 cup percolator uses. This means the cord must handle 10 amps at 120volts. I think that most of these cords should be able to handle the load -- but I would try to make sure.
If you have the manual for this machine, I would be interested in getting a digital copy of it.
