How much coffee would it take to make the 55 cups

Your model sounds like the West Bend 59055 - Large Coffee Urn, 60 Cup.
The User Manual for your coffer urn can be found here:

http://www.westbend.com/supportdata/L5613B_LargeCapacityUrns-All.pdf

Instruction for making coffee can be found on page 5. For 55 cups is would take 3 1/4 cups of coffee.

Use an electric perc or regular grind coffee; if you grind your own this should be a medium to coarse grind.

Do not use 'drip' or finely ground coffee as this could plug the drain holes in the basket and cause the urn to flood.

Stem is missing from the West Bend 60 cup coffee

The West Bend parts page for a 60-cup urn is here. You didn't give a model, but it's the only 60-cupper they list. You can find the stem there.

Need to replace my spigot

I have a Westbend 24 cup coffee urn with a leaky faucet. I tried finding areplacement spigot for it but so far no luck. My spigot has a screw in the top that allow for disassembly. It looks to me that if I could get a replacement rubber O-ring I could fix it myself. Does anyone know where I could get this?
Thanks

Where would i find an electrical cord for my West bend coffee maker?

First, I'm NOT a West Blend tech. But I've worked on similar brewers. *** Call your vendor or service provider, especially if the equipment is on loan. *** * Most table top coffee brewers (banquets) use the same cord (unless your in Europe). You will find that many brands have the matching cords. Check with your vendor for a replacement. * You should be able to locate a plug at your local appliance store, MFR outlet dealer, and Amazon. * These plugs are commonly found in places like Mom+Pop stores, Wal-Mart, or your local Thrift store. * These cords usually have a bakelite plastic connector which will burn if attached to brewer when the plug was soaking in wash water or run though the dish washer. Replace any plug/cord that smells burning plastic or has a crumbly appearance. Aloha, ukboy57 PS; in case you need a bunch, I found this on line; https://www.walmart.com/ip/West-Bend-Coffee-Urn-Percolator-Urn-Power-Cord-Replaces-P193-74-6-Pack/409786702?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=5278&adid=22222222222066917243&wmlspartner=wmtlabs&wl0=e&wl1=o&wl2=c&wl3=17607384762&wl4=pla-1105773100946&wl12=409786702_10000005336&wl14=West%20bend%20coffee%20appliance%20cord&veh=sem

How to fix the espresso make doesn't work

If hot water comes out, the machine is probably OK. Offhand, given the lack of details, the coffee is too fine. It is clogging the filter basket.

I have a West Bend coffee urn, Catalogue #7210,

You should be able to find this kind of cord in any decent hardware store -- also try thrift stores if you want to save a few bucks. It is a very typical kind of ungrounded cord that has been used for small appliances probably since the 1920's.

Here's a link to a 6 foot one being sold on Amazon for around $8.00:
www.amazon.com/Cord-spacing-fits-percolators-cookers/dp/B000A8I7PC

Make sure that any cord you buy can handle the 1200w (rounded up from the 1190W that is specified on the bottom) that your stainless steel west bend 30 cup percolator uses. This means the cord must handle 10 amps at 120volts. I think that most of these cords should be able to handle the load -- but I would try to make sure.

If you have the manual for this machine, I would be interested in getting a digital copy of it.
