Good why to clean caluim build up on my humidifer
Avoid CLR!!! Destroyed my heating element! Try soaking in pain vinigar for a while, then use an old toothbrush to gently scrub the calcium off. may take several times to get it all off if lots of buildup. After it's clean, try cleaning once a month to make it easier to clean instead of letting it go for so long it takes all day to clean. ;)

Could be a float problem.
