Prefilter functioning red light is lit on Health Way 20600-3. I have cleaned the prefilter per instructions. The unit is 4 months old.

I put in my truck to take out the cigar smoke like I have before and the ozone smell wasn't there ,the fan was working but no clean ozone smell like normal

How to reset hrv filter light

1: Press the button to turn off the screen.

2: Press and hold the down arrow button until an 02 appears in the Roof Temp, when you see the 02 appear remove your finger.

3: Using the button - short continuous pushes until you see 02 on the top (Roof Temp) and 5 underneath (House Temp) NB: The light should go off.

4: Press the and this will save your changes.
