Depends on the type of pilot. If it is standing pilot I would look at replacing the thermophile. If it has auto ignition it most likely is an aging ignitor. Contact your local municipality's Building Inspector for code and fire department requirements for commercial installations. There will be a permitting process and fee involved but at least the installation will be done properly and not void your insurance.

I went online to the Blodgette Company. I went to service request and asked the same question. I recieved an answer via e-mail, the items and part numbers need. I then contacted a local distributor for the items needed.

check out the temrature settings. if its proper then it could be the magnetron gone faulty.

This is caused by a faulty wiring connector. It is a gray iec type connector there will be 8 wirs connected on each side of it. You can get a replacement from blodgett directly. Or what I have done is to eliminate the block using solderless **** connectors.
