the first thing to check is open the freezer door while the unit is running.if you do not here the fan the it needs to be replaced.also check and see if there is any ice build up in the rear of the freezer if there is ice build up this will block the air flow into the fridge.then you should replaced the defrost timer. good luck i hope this helps you out

if the fan next to the compressor work then its the starter unit of the compressor, but if the fan not working then it can be the timer in the fridg.
