How do i check my voice mail
The KX-TGA560M isn't an answering machine. If you have a separate answering machine connected to your phone then please consult its documentation. If you still have problems, please repost your question specifying the make and model of your answering machine.
If you're subscribed to a voicemail system offered by your telephone company, please contact them for instructions on accessing their voicemail system.

People can't hear me...is there
Hello,I suspect the mouth piece could be faulty, and I will strongly advice you fix that, either get a new mouth piece for replacement or you get a new handheld.those are the available options.
You can get the mouth piece from your point of purchase and also get it fixed there.
Wish you good luck.

Number of rings on Panasonic phone
I finally bought a new phone! I came home & plugged it in & it had the same problem. I called my cable provider (I have digital voice through them) and they were sending someone out when I discovered that I had moved my cable box a while back & realized that I had the front (where all the lights are) aiming into a wall. I moved the box & then my phone worked. I was also have a lot of problems with static & garbled sounding voice on my old phone which has been solved by the new & improved cordless phone. Good luck!!!

I have panasonic kt tga 101s phones that goes to voice mail after just 3 rings . How do I expand it to 5 rings?
KX-TGA101S is an add-on handset for a Panasonic KX-TG1000 series cordless phone system. One of the models that is compatible with the handset is the KX-TG1032S. You can find the manual for the phone system on the product page here: https://shop.panasonic.com/support-only/KX-TG1032S.html
. Assuming that you do not have voice mail from your telephone provider, you can change the number of rings from the Answering Device Settings Menu.
Start with the phone system in standby (no incoming or outgoing calls) mode. Press Menu and use the up/down keys to navigate to Answering Device. Press OK to enter the sub-menu. Navigate to Settings and press OK. Navigate to Ring Count and press OK. Use the up/down arrows to choose a new number of rings. Press OK to save and press Off to exit the menu system. Note: if the ring count is set to Toll Saver mode, the answering system will pick up on the second ring if there are new messages. It will pick up the incoming call on the fourth ring if there are no new messages.
See page 31 of the manual for the KX-TG1032 for this information. See page 23 for the way to navigate through the menu and a list of the menu tree items. The current link to the manual is ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/telephone/om/kx-tg1031_en_om.pdf
I hope this helps.
