go into call lists (centre button up then call lists) and delete the calls in there this will solve the problem

just one phone displaying unregistered

try take out batteries.when you put them back for a short period its flashing "anmelden" or "searching",in tnis short time you can accses the menu and try to reset the handset.

Press "lock" key for several seconds. Untill you hear the confirmation tone.

Debes sacar las pilas, luego insertarlas y muy rápidamente entrar al menu, en ajustes avanzados debes reiniciar y pulsas ok, a mi me resultó con éxito.

the phone has faulty range .the handsets has to be replaced.if under warranty get it replaced for free.
many of my customers face this same problem.as you get chimes when the phone is in base station because the phone gets range from its base station.
so get it replaced.

Can you guy try to reset handset from menu.

Use your screw driver, open the handset, maybe the speaker wire is broken. Or use multimeter to check the dc resistance of speaker. Generally ,it is 8ohm or 4 ohm.

try to software reset the handset in menu.

Maybe, RF amplifier chip die or antenna broken.

Disassembly the battery pack, and power on after that.

Manu, answer machine ,answer manchine off.

Answer machine cut off , it may related to parallel phone detection, setting. So try not parallel any other phone with the DECT phone.

1. try to reset handset. try sw reset in the manual .
2. try to clear the base. unplug power cord, press and hold "page " key , and plug the power cord , after 5 to 6 second release page key.
3. Register again.
4. If there is still searching , open the base and handset, to check ,if the antenna is broken or not.

Generally, there is "greeting" key on base, hold serveral seconds untill you hear a "beep" , then begin to record.

Or handset have menu, like "answer machine" ,"Record OGM" like that. record OGM from handset.
