If your phone is blocked. Take it to your nearest network provider outlet, to get it unblocked.

If your sim card is blocked. Go to your network providers website, where you can obtain the puk code that will unblock the sim card.

You can actually call your service provider from some other phone, then tell your number to them and they will provide you with the PUK code. Normally thats what vodafone does.

just download uc web in your mobile. you get free browsing

Go to Connectivity > Data comm. > Preferred Service to activate GPRS. Also make sure you have GPRS access from your mobile operator.

That phone only allows the default tones to be used as message alert tones. Other mp3 songs or tones cannot be used as message alerts.

in standby mode enter the phone number like +1 2345 789 0976 then press MORE>SAVE NUMBER>NEW NUMBER>and enter name and number
