You need to master reset the phone. Contact your service provider to get the master reset code at free of cost

If your internet no longer works, it simply means the wap setting on your phone is no longer properly configured, or the profile is not properly selected.

To check the wap profile,

1. press the middle button that has a (i) logo,
2. it will show a rsa wave logo and show internet loading,
3. it will not work,
4. go to the option,
5. select settings,
6. select profile, select that of the network provider of your sim card.

it will start working.

if it does not work,

go to the website of you mobile sim operator for their internet settings.

I had this problem and just fixed it via my Orange mobile website. Find the area for Multimedia messaging problems. Key in your phone number on your support page and they give you a pin number. They then send you installation instructions to your mobile. Key in the PIN and follow the instructions. Works fine now. Your provider's help pages will hopefully use this same method?

Is your phone charging, if it is charging, no problem.

The problem with your phone could be virus problem because virus runs battery down.

The second place to look at is the battery terminal of your phone, It is possible that the battery terminals are corrode, If the are, it will definitely keep running the battery down.

Hi I'm afraid that on earlier Samsung models it was not possible to change the alert tone for sms messaging. You usually only got 10 preset alerts. Ringtones was ok to change only if in right format recognised by handset.

Are you talking about the charger? I'm not sure what you mean by broken wires, but since you said USB i imagine it's a link cable to your computer. Just match up the colors, white to white, green to green, red to red and black to black. should be good 2 go.

As soon as you type three times wrong security codes, the phone gets blocked and ask u for the PUK.

• Simple solution is go to your service provider to unlock that code, They 'll unblock the PUK free, Then u 'll be able to access your phone without the security code
